For digital, it is the Konica Minolta 7D (2004), which is a digital version of the Maxxum 7 (similarity of controls), which ensures the capture. It’s Minolta’s first SLR in the digital world (the brand’s first model being a moving-lens oddity, the Dimage V from 1997).

In “APS-C” format, its resolution, although limited to 6M px, is more than sufficient to produce beautiful images.

Interestingly, it has an “anti shaking” system, a remarkable innovation for the time, later adopted by Sony in its products.

Another particularity of this model, which brings it closer to the analog world, is the impossibility of framing with the screen, reserved for settings check and viewing recorded images.

A significant advantage of this camera is that it allows me to use the same optics as for 135 film, the mount being identical (A mount).
